DIY Pumpkin Pie Spice {Seasoning Sunday}

I’m always annoyed when a recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice. I have an extensive spice collection in 2 cabinets and a cupboard. Just tell me which spices to use! Buying a mix of spices I already have is too redundant. So I make my own blend. This one works well for me. Another DIY for Seasoning Sunday!

Assemble the spices and materials.

Measure the spices into a small container or shaker.I use a small funnel to prevent spices from jumping all over the place.I save emptied containers for these mixes. Empty pimento jars also work great.  Stir  well.

Apply a label and you’re set!  You won’t have to run to the store!
