Cheesy Tradition

Every year during the Christmas holidays there’s a tradition in our castle. It involves Kraft Roka Blue, a cheese spread that cones in a little glass jar. I’ve previously posted the cheeseball recipe and how Kraft does not always make the spread widely available. It’s seasonal, but not always available in our area. I’ve never made the ever popular crockpot candy.  I’ve eaten plenty of it, does that count?  I’ve had the chocolate and peanuts version and loved it.  I mostly love anything with dry roasted peanuts!  When I saw a white chips version on a blog that also included red and green colored m & ms, I decided to finally try making the candy.  My cousin Shirley also wanted to try! Christmas Lights Mini Cupcakes

These mini cupcakes were so fun to make!  The idea came from a blog that made them as regular sized cupcakes, then decorated them.  I changed them to minis and made them with a carrot cake box mix.  I topped them with my own cream cheese frosting and we decorated them.  I’d already made so many chocolate treats for the holidays I wanted new flavors.  We were more than pleased with the results!
