My P.S. (a bread man) brought home pita pockets and I’m always excited to see them. There are SO many things I like to tuck inside them I almost have to flip a coin. This time I had some bulk Italian sausage and a whole lot of leftover olives in jars (don’t ask) so a Mediterranean style pita seemed appropriate. Did I have a recipe? Of course not!
